Ryan develops electronic control proportional valves for smart farming

China has welcome an era of smart agricultural machinery.

Since our key markets are in Europe and the United States and foreign enterprises in China, in order to develop hydraulic components suitable for the European and American markets, two decades ago, we have invested heavily in the introduction of American engineering and technical experts and process manufacturing experts. We use the same machining CNC, developed a load-sensitive electro-hydraulic control Proportional Valve. We have completed the R&D and manufacturing of load-sensing proportional valves, and obtained 5 invention patents. GRH load-sensing electro-hydraulic control proportional valve is also China’s first Load Sensing Proportional Valve with independent intellectual property rights.

In recent years, in accordance with the needs of American customers, we have developed electronically controlled Hydraulic Valves on the basis of single manual control Monoblock Valves and multi-way valves in the past to meet the needs of future electronic control.

Ryan actively cooperates with CNH, John Deere, Deutz Fahr, Daedong, LS, YTO, Changfa Agricultural Machinery and other enterprises to provide all cast iron hydraulic Gear Pumps with high pressure and high temperature resistance in batches.

Thanks to our successful cooperation with German ZF and the cooperation with American Lincoln Lubrication, our gear pumps have begun to enter the field of transmissions of foreign brands, providing high-quality anti-vibration, high-strength, high-efficiency and high-pressure gear pumps.

At the same time, we accelerated our cooperation with John Deere. In addition to promoting cooperation in tractors and harvesters in China, John Deere China is actively promoting Guorui Hydraulics to the world.

Our cooperation project with CNH America has already been supplied in batches in Jiamusi and will be equipped with American harvesters.

At the ten-year celebration of the establishment of Deutzfar`s factory just in the past, the boss of Deutzfar and Mr. ALESSIO, President of China, all expressed their hopes on the rapid development and performance in China, 2022 and the future. During the year, the Deutzfar Group will increase investment in China, and actively introduce foreign high-horsepower Lamborghini and Deutz tractors and harvesters to China, and will give priority to speeding up the introduction of electronically controlled tractors and harvesters. We are developing a full range of cooperation with them. Except the Gear Pump on the last tractor is in the process of switching, the switching of all tractor gear pumps has been completed. Now, from the Steering Pump and working pump of the tractor to the pump on the gearbox, to the switch of the main control valve, Ryan Hydraulics is actively cooperating with the localization of Deutz hydraulic components and the work of entering the global supply chain.
