On June 6, 2025, CNH Industrial, a global leader in agricultural and construction equipment, conducted a full-day on-site review at the Guorui Hydraulics headquarters of Shanghai-based RYAN Hydraulics in Yancheng, Jiangsu. This review marks a critical step in implementing CNH’s Preferred Supplier Qualification Process, following its Global Supplier Conference held in Orlando, USA, in September 2024.

The review team, comprising seven experts from CNH’s global headquarters in Italy, US regional office, and local China operations, carried out a comprehensive assessment of the headquarters’ manufacturing facility. Key focus areas included quality systems, process execution, manufacturing capabilities, delivery assurance, and project management. The rigorous and well-organized review process underscored CNH’s commitment to maintaining high standards across its global supply chain.

With the successful completion of this review, RYAN Hydraulics will advance to subsequent qualification stages. These include system audits, sample validation, commercial terms confirmation, technical alignment, and mass-production integration. The entire process is expected to conclude in early 2026, paving the way for RYAN Hydraulics’ Yancheng facility to become an official certified partner within CNH’s global supply network.
